Today I saw this and thought wow how practical is that! A USB necklace. It is so pretty and would go with a casual or dressy outfit, even black tie formal. The best one I found was gold and sky blue and so pretty.

Ballet Guide Day Two: Clothing

Today topic for day two of the ballet guide is clothing for ballet class. Some schools have more rules then others when it comes to class so some of thing on the list may or may not be appropriate. Here is a list of normally accepted ballet wear. As I said this may not apply to every one.

Appropriate.

Ballet Guide Day One: Intro And Preparing

Hello Beauties,

As a dancer, I've decided to make a series of posts on dance, mostly ballet. This is the time were you should start to prepare for dance if it starts in the fall, of course I get that some people have ballet all year long witch is something I'd love to do, but really don't have the time. So here are some tips to help you get yourself ready for ballet.

• Wear your slippers and pointe shoe at least l week, depending on your feet, before class begins to break them in, but don't were them to much because you don't want dead shoes before class even starts.
• Stretch for at least 20 min. a day for flexibility and strength. Make sure you work on your legs and ankles a lot.
• Drink a lot of water and eat healthy to be at your best for class.
• Don't under-eat, ballet is full of under-eating stereotypes and you don't want to be one of them.

Moody Monday: Be Positive

Last night I was watching the news and none of it was happy, it was all people getting shot and dying and stuff like that. The words "Live like you'll die tomorrow" came to mind. Once day in the morning or before you go to sleep think of 3 positive thoughts, it isn't very much and every one has the time. That wall help with any depression you have and will fight the bad thoughts away. I thought I might start you off by posting the picture above, it has some positive thought on it read them and think to yourself witch one you want to use. Opening Ceremony

Hello Beauties,

I am super pumped to watch the opening ceremony for the Olympics tomorrow, I remember how awesome the last one was in 2010 in Vancouver, i watched it maybe four times over. Crazy I know. This is going to be so grand and amazing, I just know it. I have never been this happy for it so that must  be a good sign. I'm most excited to see the gymnasts.
