Beautiful Skin: Good Skin Foods


Hello, Beauties,

Have you dreamed of having great skin like Selena Gomez or a Twilight Vampire? Well blood isn't the answer. Here are easy ways to eat your way to beautiful, flawless skin. Keep up the healthy eating and add a little smelly lotion and voodoo potion (just kidding, no potions) and you will have it.

Fruits and Veggies
Here are some fruits and veggies you can't go wrong with; cantaloupe, tomatoes, any berries, plums, sweet potatoes, broccoli (optional), carrots, grapefruit, oranges and spinach. Of course some of these my seem... well... yucky, but for heathy, clear skin you don't have to eat them all.

Great news! Dark chocolate is good for your skin but don't eat it all the time.

Water
Water and Green Teas are probably the best thing for your skin, you should have 6 - 8 glasses of water a day.

Now, here is a skin-friendly meal plan;

Breakfast: A glass of no sugar added fruit juice, a banana or orange and toast with honey.

Lunch: A tomato and spinach rap (you can add sauces or other foods), a glass of water and berries in yogurt.

Dinner: Fish, greek salad, a glass of milk and chocolate ice cream.
